Welcome to Kidora. By placing an order or otherwise using Kidora's website, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the site to place an order — you're welcome to contact us with questions first.

We try to keep our photos and descriptions as accurate as possible, but colours, packaging, and minor details may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

An order isn't guaranteed until we confirm stock with you — occasionally an item sells out before we can update the listing, in which case we'll offer a refund or a swap.

Please follow the printed age grade on each product — it exists for the child’s safety, not as a suggestion.

Toys with small parts should always be used with adult supervision, especially around children under 3.

All prices on the site are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept Cash on Delivery, as well as bKash and Nagad. Prices can change without notice, but the price you were charged at checkout is the price you pay.

Placing an order on the site is a request to buy — the order is only confirmed once we’ve reached you by phone or email to verify the details.

Inside Dhaka, orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days. Outside Dhaka, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days depending on the courier.

Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We work with third-party couriers for delivery, and while we choose partners we trust, delays outside our control can occasionally happen.

Every toy is tested and quality-checked before dispatch. Please inspect your order at the door, with the delivery person present, before accepting it: open the parcel, check that it’s what you ordered, and make sure it works.

If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, hand it back to the delivery person and we’ll send a replacement or refund you in full. Refunds go to the original payment method, or to store credit if you’d prefer.

Once a delivery has been accepted, we can’t take a toy back or exchange it. Toys get played with, and there’s no fair way for us to tell a fault from wear.

You can cancel an order any time before it’s dispatched by contacting us. Once an order has shipped, you can still decline it at the door — see the returns section above.

Where a manufacturer warranty applies, we’ll help you make use of it. Batteries and other consumables aren’t covered by warranty.

Kidora isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of our products or website, beyond what's required by Bangladeshi law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
